I offer a body-based approach for healing and wellness. My commitment is to meet you where you are; to help you experience something new and different from your usual patterns; to create the right conditions for shifts to occur that reflect ease, harmony and wholeness . I enjoy providing the needed support for this process. Together, we’ll find the healing path with the essential stepping-stones of respect, safety, and awareness.

Connecting to your body and its wealth of intelligence and wisdom is the portal to living Life deeply and authentically.

I’m honored to be part of your Journey towards more capacity for contentment, function and aliveness.

I believe that any step towards healing is a step towards evolution.  Looking forward to working with you in a spirit of compassion and collaboration.

Let me share a bit about my own journey…

My first passion was Bharata Natyam, a sacred South Indian dance. I spent several years in India studying with M.K.Saroja, a great dancer and a deep spiritual being. I also fell in love with India and its fabulous culture.

In Paris, I studied Jungian Psychology at the Institut de Culture Humaine and completed training in Jungian Guided Imagery. I had a private practice using  this modality and led workshops on dream symbology helping people to connect with the rich world of the Unconscious.

After a vision quest in the Chiricahua Mountains of Arizona, I moved from Paris and came to live in the Arizona desert . From that time, I have engaged in body work. I trained in Reflexology and Burnham System Facial Rejuvenation.

Then I embarked on the study of Qigong. I devoted 10 years to this discipline, traveling to China, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Thailand to study with several Qigong Masters and to discover Chinese culture first-hand.

During my stay at the Tao Center Garden in Thailand, I was introduced to Chi Nei Tsang by Master Mantak Chia who spoke very highly of the power of this healing art.

I later began training in Chi Nei Tsang with Gilles Marin in the Bay Area and completed the Instructor level.

To further help my clients in their healing   journey, I trained in Somatic Experiencing, a trauma resolution method founded by Peter Levine.  After  being certified in this method I completed extensive training with Kathy Kain and Steve Terrel in a hands-on approach to the resolution of Early Trauma.

Driven as a migrating Falcon

I can be blown off course

Yet if I turn back it feels wrong.

     Navigating by chart and chance

And passion I will know the shape of the mountains of freedom, I will know.
